We Are Hiring a Housekeeper

We are looking for a housekeeper to join and strengthen an existing team of 2 staff members, for a private family in a warm and friendly environment

We are seeking someone dynamic, organised, and who enjoys contributing to a well-kept and welcoming home.

Location Alameda (near Estádio do Dragão)
Schedule 12pm8pm (Monday to Friday)

Main responsibilities
Cleaning and general maintenance of the house (bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas)
Daily organisation of spaces, ensuring comfort and functionality
Full care of laundry (washing, ironing, and storage)
Managing small day-to-day household tasks
Supporting the family routine, ensuring the smooth running of the home
Interaction and basic care of the dogs

Profile we are looking for
Previous experience in similar roles
Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable in a family environment and with animals (the family has 4 dogs)
Proactive and well-organised

Extra advantage
During the month of August, the family relocates to the Douro
We are looking for someone available to accompany them, with travel (train) covered and accommodation available if needed.
